Location

Cloverleaf Healthcare is located in Clay County near Brazil, Indiana.  A small community neighborhood as well as fertile farmland provides our facility with a quiet, country setting. We are approximately 2 miles east of Brazil and ½ mile south of US 40. 

We welcome visits any day of the week…in fact, we encourage it!  Family and friends are always welcome to participate in facility activities and outings.  Pets and children are also encouraged to visit as they often brighten our Residents day.
