Meet Our Administrator
Deanna Hickman is the Health Care Administrator for Cloverleaf Healthcare,
a 102 bed facility. She was born and raised in Wisconsin Rapids,
Wisconsin. She has worked in long term care since the young age of 16.
She received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Care Administration
from the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire. Deanna began her career in
long term care as a dietary aide and worked in several other areas
including cook, intern, administrative assistant, and now, Health Care
Administrator.
Deanna has been the Administrator of Cloverleaf since February of 2006.
She secured her Healthcare Administrator License in May of 2006. Since
she has become Administrator, she is fortunate to boast a deficiency free
survey that is done annually by the state board of health. She has
decreased reportable complaints by 100% and has improved employee
retention. She continues to demonstrate her strong leadership skills
while displaying compassion and enthusiasm towards her Residents and
staff. Deanna has a strong sense of family and incorporates those values
in her everyday work life. She interacts with Residents and families as
she would her own, and puts in long hours everyday to ensure that all of
the Residents’ needs have been met. She defines what a caregiver should
be and is a role model to her entire facility.
Deanna resides in Plainfield, Indiana with her husband, Anthony. In her
spare time, Deanna enjoys spending time with her family, going to the gym,
and playing with her Chinese Shar Peis, Zilla and Zada. |
